Mosaic Art - Message Coaster

Learn how to make a one-of-a-kind mosaic art with a personalized message that doubles up as a coaster or trinket tray.
Watch through all the videos in sequence first before starting on the project.

Materials & Tools*

01 box of mosaic tiles will be 40 tiles included for DIY kits.

*02 tweezers, 09 water in a tub & 12 scissors are not provided, please prepare your own. If tweezers are not available, you can also use your hands.

*08 large spoon provided in the DIY kit is a regular disposable table spoon.

01 - Applying the double sided sticker

02 - Sticking the mosaic tiles

03 - Adding plaster & polishing (Mix water to plaster & use IMMEDIATELY)

IMPORTANT!!! ONLY MIX WATER TO THE PLASTER WHEN YOU ARE READY TO POUR IT ONTO THE COASTER.

Scoop a FULL spoonful of water (30ml) with the spoon provided.
Add the plaster & stir for 10-15secs and pour IMMEDIATELY without waiting.
Do not stir for too long as it will cause the plaster to HARDEN.
The mixture consistency should be pourable like milk.

04 - Attaching alphabet stickers

Let the completed coaster air dry for a min of 48 hours before washing or storing away.

The end product is washable with gentle dish soap and water.

Do not scrub the surface with a sponge to avoid scratches & the alphabet stickers from peeling off.

Do not submerge in water or wash it in a dish washer.
