Q1. What is the difference between a project kit workshop and guided workshop? BACK
Both the project kit workshop and guided workshop requires an appointment to be made in advance. You can choose your preferred date and time.
A project kit workshop is mainly guided with a professional step by step guide. Our friendly staff will be around to provide asistance or clarification when needed.
There is no fixed duration for the project kit workshop.
There is also no min. number of participants to start a project kit workshop.
A guided workshop is usually more complex or targeted at young children, therefore a trainer will be there to guide you through step by step.
There is a fixed duration for each workshop session.
There is also a min. of 2 participants for each appointment. For 1 participant only or 2 participants to share 1 set of materials, additional charges apply.
Kindly note that we do not conduct private workshops, additional charge is applicable if you would like to book our whole studio space.
Q2. For terrarium workshop, can I choose to make bigger terrariums? BACK
Yes. The package you pay for online will be our stardard size under Package A. Upgrades to Package B,C or D for bigger terrariums can be done on the day itself.
Q3. For project kit workshops, after I have made an appointment online, can I make a different choice on the day itself? BACK
Yes you can choose a different project kit on the day itself, you will need to top up the difference in price accordingly. No refund will be made if choice of project kit is lower than what was paid online.
Q4. Do I need to make payment when I place orders online? BACK
Yes, if no payment is received after 24 hours after order is made, it order will be cancelled. This applies to workshop appointments as well.
Q5. If I have made an appointment but realized that I cannot make it, can I re-schedule the appointment? BACK
Yes, we can re-schedule the session for you, kindly inform us 3 days before the workshop date if possible. For unforeseen circumstances, please inform us on the workshop day itself before the allocated time slot.
