Q1. What is the difference before a scheduled class and appointment basis workshop?  BACK


A scheduled class is on fixed date and time. Usually with about 10 to a maximum of 24 participants per class.

An appointment basis workshop allows you to select your preferred date and timeslot. There will be about 2-16 participants per session. 

Kindly note that this is not a private workshop, additional charge is applicable if you would like to book our whole studio space. 

 

Q2. Is there any difference in the end product for scheduled class vs appointment basis workshop?  BACK


There is no difference in the end product. 

 

Q3. For terrarium workshop, can I choose to make bigger terrariums?  BACK


Yes. The package you pay for online will be our stardard size under Package A. Upgrades to Package B,C or D for bigger terrariums can be done on the day itself.  

 

Q4. For basic terrarium workshop, can the choice of open/close terrarium be made on the day itself?  BACK


Yes. Especially if you are booking for 2 pax or more, choice of open/closed terrarium need not be what you have selected online. Actual choice can still be made on the day. Mixture of both open and closed terrarium is also possible within the same workshop session. 

 

Q5. Do I need to make payment when I place orders online?  BACK


Yes, if no payment is received after 24 hours after order is made, it order will be cancelled. This applies to workshop appointments as well. 

 

Q6. If I have made an appointment but realized that I cannot make it, can I re-schedule the appointment?  BACK


Yes, we can re-schedule the session for you, kindly inform us 3 days before the workshop date if possible. For unforeseen circumstances, please inform us on the workshop day itself before the allocated time slot.

Q8. How do I make an appointment online? BACK


Step 1 – Select the workshop you would like to attend

Step 2 – Scroll down to the bottom part of the workshop listing

 

Step 3 – Fill in all the required fields, select your preferred date and time slot

 

Step 4 – Using the Shopping Cart

You will be directed to the shopping cart once you have added an item to the cart.

From here, you can either

-          Continue shopping

-          Delete items

-          Proceed to Checkout
